Standard Kids Hosts Senior KG Parent Orientation
Standard Kids recently conducted a pivotal Parent Orientation Programme for Senior KG families on June 27th and 28th, 2024. This two-day event, held on the school campus, aimed to equip parents with essential information and resources to support their child’s educational journey effectively.
The orientation program covered a wide range of topics crucial for parents to understand and engage with their child’s schooling experience. Key elements included an introduction to the school, a comprehensive curriculum overview, and a detailed explanation of school policies and procedures. Parents also had the opportunity to meet and interact with their child’s teachers, gaining valuable insights into the classroom environment and teaching methodologies.
A significant focus of the orientation was on parental involvement and its importance in a child’s academic success. The school emphasized the various ways parents can actively participate in their child’s education, both at home and through school activities. Additionally, the program addressed transition support, providing guidance on how to help children adjust to the new academic year and its challenges.
The event concluded with an interactive question and answer session, allowing parents to voice their concerns, seek clarifications, and offer suggestions. This open dialogue helped foster a sense of community and partnership between the school and families. By providing this comprehensive orientation, Standard Kids aims to create a strong foundation for collaboration, ensuring not only the academic success of Senior KG students but also contributing significantly to their personal growth and development.
