World Environment Day

Celebrating World Environment Day at Standard Kids – 5th June 2025

World Environment Day, observed on 5th June, is a global reminder of our responsibility to care for the Earth. At Standard Kids, this special day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and meaningful activities that brought our youngest learners closer to nature.

The celebration was not just about observing the day—it was about planting the seeds of environmental awareness in young hearts. The day began with a lively and interactive session led by our dedicated teachers, who introduced children to the concept of our “Green Friends” – the plants and trees that play a vital role in keeping our planet healthy and beautiful. Through stories, pictures, and simple conversations, children learned how trees give us clean air, shade, fruits, and joy.

One of the highlights of the day was a hands-on leaf craft activity. Each child created their own beautiful artwork using leaves, accompanied by thoughtful and inspiring quotes about nature. These creations weren’t just crafts—they were meaningful takeaways that helped children reflect on their role in protecting the environment. With proud smiles, they carried their little green messages home, ready to share what they had learned with their families.

The message of the day was clear and simple:

“Earth – it’s worth more alive.”

Through this joyful celebration, Standard Kids aimed to foster a deep love and respect for nature, reminding our children that they are the future caretakers of the Earth. Every little step counts, and we are proud to help our children take theirs in the right direction.

Happy World Environment Day! Let’s grow green together!
