Grandparents are the pillars of every family, the keepers of traditions, and the greatest storytellers. To honor these wonderful figures, Standard Kids proudly celebrated Grandparents Day on September 13th, 2024. The event was a heartfelt tribute, acknowledging the love, wisdom, and unwavering support that grandparents provide. Their special bond with grandchildren was celebrated through an array of joyful activities, reflecting the deep connection they share.

The celebration began with a traditional ‘Lighting of the Lamp’ ceremony, followed by a soothing prayer song and a warm welcome speech. Grandparents and their grandchildren gathered together, sharing cherished memories and reminiscing about their own childhood. The children expressed their love and gratitude by crafting beautiful cards for their grandparents, adding a personal touch to the celebration. The joy on the grandparents’ faces, coupled with their emotional smiles, made the event truly memorable.

Our Principal Ma’am addressed the gathering with heartfelt words, encouraging both students and their grandparents to engage in fun activities and dances, fostering an even stronger bond.
