Karnataka Rajyotsava celebration

The Karnataka Rajyotsava was celebrated with great enthusiasm and pride on 1st November 2025. The day began with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, filling everyone’s hearts with patriotism. Soon after, the state flag of Karnataka was hoisted, and the choir rendered the state anthem, which resonated with pride and love for the land. The vibrant colors of the flags and the melodies of the anthems set the perfect tone for the celebration that followed.

The event continued with an enlightening speech by Ms. Nagarathna, our Kannada faculty, who spoke passionately about the rich tradition and heritage of Karnataka. Her words beautifully captured the essence of the state’s culture, language, and contribution to India’s history. Through her speech, the audience was reminded of the importance of preserving and cherishing the legacy of Kannada and the values it represents. It was both an inspiring and educational moment for everyone present.

After the speech, the students took to the stage with a mesmerizing dance performance to famous Kannada songs. Their graceful movements and energetic rhythm showcased the beauty of Karnataka’s music and dance traditions. The school choir then entertained the audience with melodious Kannada songs that filled the atmosphere with joy and unity. The celebrations continued with speeches by high school students, who spoke confidently about the significance of Karnataka Rajyotsava and the pride of being Kannadigas.

The highlight of the day was the adorable performance by the nursery kids, whose lively dance won the hearts of everyone in attendance. Their innocent enthusiasm brought smiles and laughter, making the event even more memorable.
