Standard Group of Schools Triumphs at 7th All India Shinjidai Karate and Kobudo Championship

On 18th August 2024, the students of Standard Group of Schools showcased their exceptional martial arts skills at the 7th All India Shinjidai Karate and Kobudo Championship, held at the HMT Sports Club. This event was a significant milestone for our students, who not only participated with zeal but also brought home accolades that made the entire school proud. The tournament was a testament to their hard work, discipline, and dedication to karate, and it marked a momentous achievement for our school.

Out of the 34 students who represented Standard Group of Schools, 4 students emerged victorious, securing the first prize with certificates that highlighted their mastery of the martial art. Their performances were not only technically sound but also demonstrated the spirit of sportsmanship and respect that karate instills in its practitioners. The pride and joy on their faces as they received their trophies were a reflection of the countless hours of practice and the unwavering support of their coaches and mentors.

In addition to the top prize winners, 10 students were awarded the second prize with certificates, and 20 students earned the third prize, each bringing home a certificate of achievement. The sheer number of winners from our school speaks volumes about the depth of talent and commitment within our student body. Every participant displayed remarkable skill in the kata competition, a category that requires precision, control, and a deep understanding of karate forms.

As a result of this collective effort, Standard Group of Schools was honored with the prestigious title of “Best School Team 2024.” This recognition is a significant achievement, highlighting not just individual successes but also the strength of our school’s karate program. It reflects the values of teamwork, perseverance, and excellence that we strive to instill in our students.
