Kargil Vijay Diwas Celebration

On 26th July 2024, Standard Public School commemorated the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas, a day dedicated to remembering the sacrifices made by our soldiers to protect our nation. This solemn event provided an opportunity for students and staff to pay homage to the brave souls who fought valiantly in the Kargil War.

To mark this significant occasion, the students observed a minute of silence, reflecting on the courage and dedication of our soldiers. This moment of quiet respect was a poignant reminder of the immense sacrifices made by those who serve to safeguard our country. Following the silence, the students watched a skit that depicted the lives and struggles of soldiers, highlighting their unwavering commitment and service to the nation.

The commemoration continued with a heartfelt musical tribute. Students from grades 6 and 7 performed songs in Hindi and Kannada, praising the bravery and valor of our soldiers. Their voices echoed with pride and gratitude, creating an atmosphere of reverence and respect.
